OUR CLUBAn ARRL Affiliated Club, Founded in 1990 with our primary purpose being to organize, operate and provide ongoing support and training for a consistent Skywarn Spotter program in our area in direct affiliation with the National Weather Service Office in Mount Holly, New Jersey. We participate and provide communication infrastructure for Delaware County, PA ARES and Medical Reserve Corps.
OUR REPEATERSOn 440 we have a Kenwood Commercial Dual Mode Analog/Digital Repeater and on 220 a TAIT Commercial Severe Duty Repeater. Both are running high power amplifiers and are linked full time but can be operated fully independent if needed. In addition we have interfaced a weather alert receiver with SAME alerting capabilities and diesel generator power is used to provide a nearly unlimited back up supply of power to the repeaters. Both provide exceptional audio and wide area coverage due to their placement at the top of a large commercial tower in Bethel Township, PA. We invite you to tune in and give them a try, if you like what what you hear we urge you to consider joining our club to help us support their operation.
